At Rhythm Snowsports, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized postage location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
